We operate lead generation campaigns into the Australian Top 100 companies, and into Australian mid – market companies (approximately 4,000 in number), on behalf of these ERP companies. Channel Support programmes
NTV provides channel support services to two of the largest IT global software companies (ERP and Infrastructure software providers) who wish to ensure that their channel partners are consistently running effective demand generation programmes. We provide the marketing and demand generation management resources that these channel partners usually lack. In 2010, we conducted over 50 individual campaigns within these programmes.
Customer Relationship assessment
NTV has conducted customer relationship assessments for a global IT services firm, assessing its relationship with major multi-year outsourcing clients; a major financial services firm for its business banking, insurance and broker clients; a leading global provider of IT storage solutions; and the leading transport company in Australia. In all cases, the focus was on discovering which major accounts were at risk of defection, and what the relationship quality was in all other accounts.
